Copywrited children's tableware from Sweden
We represent this innovative designer from Sweden that has a range of feeding products for children - the spoons are copywrite, they have a range of silicon products and they are developing many more sustainable products based on wood and bamboo!
They have approximately 15 distributors in different countries, but the distributors were tying up these regions and not achieving orders.
Our strategy has been to take back the sales and marketing and to do this for the brand. We have also worked with them to target larger wholesale buyers: and expand their range of products so they can offer a more wholistic solution.


Upscaling a $6 Million business
We work with brand that sells high quality men's ties and women's scarves and shawls – now turning over more than $6 million gross revenue of which $2 million comes from the marketplace of a large USA Department store chain.
A natural upsell that most stores overlook
We could have lead with the beautiful Italian made products, but when we researched potential stores we realised that many of the stores we wanted to approach were not selling ties or scarves. This revealed a need to stimulate these stores to expand their categories of merchandise.
Presenting the Business Case: Hermès as a proof point
Drawing a parallel with Hermès, where in Q3 2024 revenue reached €3.9 billion, enabled us to illustrate this enormous up-sale opportunity, which is expanding:

When we started working with this brand they had too many products. We took them through a research and discovery process, during which we developed the view that we should concentrate on three collections, enabling us to more precisely target and present these collections to stores that can offer the highest sell through rates and increase the brands profile and long term shareholder value.
